Teaseee sells digital products only — message credits and Pro subscriptions. Nothing is physically shipped.
1. What you receive
- Message credits — added to your Teaseee account balance.
- Pro subscription — unlocks Pro features on your account immediately on activation.
2. Delivery method
All deliveries are 100% electronic. Credits and Pro access are added to your registered Teaseee account automatically once Razorpay confirms the payment via webhook.
3. Delivery time
- Typical delivery: instant to 2 minutes after successful payment.
- In rare cases (network or webhook delays), delivery may take up to 30 minutes.
- If your purchase has not appeared after 30 minutes, refresh your account or sign out and back in.
4. Delivery confirmation
You will see your updated credit balance or Pro badge inside the app under Settings → Billing. A payment confirmation email is sent by Razorpay to the email address used at checkout.
5. No physical shipping
Teaseee does not ship any physical goods. There are no shipping fees, no tracking numbers, and no courier partners involved.
6. Failed or delayed delivery
If a payment is captured but credits or Pro access are not delivered within 30 minutes, email support@teaseee.app with your registered email and Razorpay payment ID. We will resolve it within 1 business day or issue a refund per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
